Privacy Policy

Emails you send us, and what you write in them. Bookings you make through our scheduling provider (your name, email, and what you enter), which are shared with us. Payment details go to our payment provider, never to us; we see who paid and when, not your card or account numbers. Analytics are cookieless and aggregate: no personal data, no stored IP addresses, only page counts, which is why there is no cookie banner: this site sets no cookies.

Reply to you, run the work you asked for, and keep the accounting records the law requires. Nothing else. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or send marketing you did not ask for.

Only to the providers that make the service work: scheduling, payments, and hosting, each under its own privacy policy, and to authorities where the law requires it. Some providers process data in the United States.

Correspondence for the engagement plus about two years. Billing records for seven years, because accounting law requires it. Analytics hold nothing about you to delete.

Ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used: write to contact@cristiansimion.com and it will be handled within a month. This applies to business contacts too. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and active clients are told by email. The current version always lives at this address.
